SURGERY RE-OPENING
Dear Patients,
We hope you and your family are in good health.
We have all been through a lot over the last few months and are now looking forward to resuming our normal habits and routines.
You may see some changes at your next appointment with us.
We have made the following changes to help protect our patients and staff:
-
Our reception will ask you some screening questions when you ring for an appointment. You will be asked those questions again when you are in the practice.
-
We have hand sanitizer that we will ask you to use when you enter the practice. You will also find some in the reception area and other places in the practice for you to use as needed.
-
Our waiting room will no longer offer magazines, children’s books etc since these items are difficult to clean and disinfect.
-
Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing between patients. That might mean you are offered fewer options for scheduling your appointment.
-
We will do our best to allow greater time between patients to reduce waiting times for you as well as to reduce the number of patients in the reception area/waiting room at any one time. We therefore request that you attend appointments on your own.
